Rug Tufting Scrap Session Tuesday 7/30/24 @5:30pm

Come try the art of rug making! 

This Scrap Session is a 2-3 hour workshop experience and is beginner friendly! You’ll tuft your own rug using all the scraps around the shop that aren’t enough to go on our yarn wall! We work on a 24inx24in frame. You will work off imagination, no need to send an image in ahead of time.  This is a great budget friendly option for practicing and helps us eliminate waste! You’ll still receive support and guidance just like a traditional workshop! It’s a win win! 

What's included:

1. All the supplies needed to create your your rug: frame, tufting cloth, acrylic yarn scraps, tufting machine, and backing.

2. The team will:
• Set up your tufting station with your frame and cloth 
• Set up a scrap table with tons to select from 
• Provide instruction and demonstration to support you throughout the entire session
• Assist with all prep and post-work needed to create your rug

*15 years of age or older preferred. Contact me if younger tufters want to participate.
